AC FAILED AS TEMPERATURE EXCEEDED 108°F. ATTIC TEMP EXCEEDED 130°F. AC TECH ARRIVED FOUND A BAD CAPACITOR AND REPLACED IT WHILE SUFFERING 40 MIN IN ATTIC. BUT HOUSE FILLED WITH ODOR OF HOT WIRES, EMERGENCY SHUT IT DOWN AFTER ASSURING NO FIRE AND TRIED TO RESTART. AC TECH RETURNED AND WORKED TILL 10 PM ONLY TO FIND A BURNED OUT BLOWER MOTOR. The repairman was great. He was very patient, thorough, and efficient. He answered all my questions, and explained what he was doing to check out the problem.
My technician was very professional. He went right to the problem and in no time solved it. He was efficient, polite and completely knowledgeable as to what needed to be done.
