Very courteous and hassle free, no questions asked and willing to help me resolve my problem asap. Have had 2 different incidents at which time AHS has gone above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. Highly recommended.

AHS used to be a 5-Star company but they have done some things to lessen this rating over the past few years. Example: they sent out a fridge person who had zero idea how to fix our ice machine and damaged it in the process after using a you tube video to attempt to fix it. They also sent another service person who also did not know how to fix it., and wanted to send back the original guy who damaged our fridge to “fix it” after learning that he was incompetent. Had a 80 gallon water heater but they would only replace it with a 50 gallon. Kind of like replacing a Corvette with a Chevette, they are both Vetts but........
