Rating is a strong 4 or 4+. On occasions, a dispatch will be determined not to be covered such as a washer in an outdoor faucet. I would like the coverage to be determined before dispatch.

My problem with American Home Shield had to do with my water heater. They were terrible in handling that request, which is why I gave them three stars instead of four or five. The other times they were actually pretty good. But the water heater left a very bad taste for me.
