Everyone at the company is very polite and accommodating. AHS sends good quality techs to the house. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is b/c I had to wait 2.5 weeks for a new water heater recently.

The repair appointment was scheduled very quickly after my request. However, when my dryer could not be repaired and I had to order a replacement, I did not receive the same equipment that I had.
