My experience with American Home Shield was great. I was provided excellent customer service. The issue was resolved in a timely manner.
Placed a work order for my air conditioner and AHS jumped on my request right away. The gentleman came out in a few hours and fixed it. Thank you AHS!!!

AC went out on Thursday June 28th we requested a tech on the 29th and it took until the 5th for them to show up. Luckily for us it was the compressor, and nothing bigger. Assume due to the quality of the product we will be seeing an AC tech again next year. Nothing the tech can do about it, but happy it could be rapidly and professionally fixed to get the air back on for the family. Fixed by Jose.
