My recent transaction for my Dryer and Microwave has been an ongoing process due to waiting on parts for my Dryer after the first service call and microwave which the parts didn't work. I have to continue to wait for a microwave replacement now. I was happy and please for the quick repair to get my Ceiling Fan lights working!!!
I've used multiple home protection plans. I use American Home Shield for their Electronics Protection Plan. Our phones are NOT covered, but I wanted the Home theater, gaming system, computers and TV's covered. And we are! Great company. Fast response too.
Their response is quick. I’ve had several repairs and have been pleased. I have had a combo appliance (microwave and oven) replaced.
Easy to make appointments, service reps are friendly and professional and actually helpful, the contractors they work with are all excellent so far.
AHS is prompt in replying to me when I submit a claim, and that also assign a contractor to me immediately.
I have had both good and poor experiences with American Home Shield. Our latest warranty experience dealing with our refrigerator was totally positive. Conversely, our prior experience dealing with our oven took a very long period of time to get it working again.
Overall solved problem ( last year this was not the case so I've seen improvement)
