The good; very easy, fast and convenient claims process. The bad; questionable and unexperienced vendors. Very atrocious appliance replacement process.

I liked that AHS responded promptly to my 2 recent requests, one for the refrigerator (icemaker) and one for the water heater. A different vendor contacted me about the two problems, and both came within a few days of my submitting my requests.
