I honestly cannot praise this enough. I tell all my friends who are homeowners about it and of my positive experience with it. I signed my mom up for it because there is nothing like being a woman of any age, having a reliable source of help without the fear of being taken advantage of. American Home Shiled shiled the house and the owners in a variety of ways.
So far any requests I have made for service were prompt and fixed the first time
It was easy to request service need via website, vendor arrived same day to make diagnosis and American Home Shield approved repairs the same day. The vendor came back early the next morning to make repairs. Everything was complete in less than 24 hours.
American Home Shield simply has the best coverage from years ago until now. Simplicity is most often the answer
Fast easy claims and prompt service from technicians
I amn't satisfied with the service. It takes a while to get your service done. Also I amn't impressed with the contractor they used. They actually caused more damage which isn't covered by AHS.
Service is exceptional and problem is always resolved in a timely manner.
It was easy to place the service call and the connection to the Service Provider was quick
The assigned repair tech did a very good job fixing my AC problem.
