I've been with American Home Sheild since 1990 in Indiana, Florida they are the best warranty company in the U.S. and they have great customer service and great contractors who gets the job done correctly the first time.

It was a capacitor. He fixed it quickly. Though it took a long time to get scheduled, I know you must be covered up with calls, so I understand.
The repairman was very professional. The issue was simple and he fixed it pretty quickly. He gave some insight as to why the issue may have happened. He was very helpful.
