The most recent HVAC person was excellent; however, we have been attempting to have our range hood repaired and the service providers sent so far don't service the brand we own.
On the holiday of the 4th of July, 2023, the owner of the HVAC contractor came out to personally respond. Outside temperatures have been over 3 digits for a week and he wanted us back on line ASAP. He was on time, professional and had all the parts on his truck to replace the defective ones. He cleaned up the site, programmed the new thermostat, verified refrigerant levels, secured electrical connections, and prepared invoicing on the spot. A-OK.
Technician arrived on-time. He was able to solve the issue for the 1st time.
