I was impressed with American home shield. They assigned an appliance repairman to look at my dishwasher within a day. I had my parts in two days and then twith American home shield. I had my parts in two days and then they declare that I need a new dishwasher in three days and then the new dishwasher was installed the next week. So happy with them.

Although the initial service company assigned was not punctual. Once they diagnosed problem my microwave was replaced. microwave is identical to the broken one. HotShot company was punctual and tech knowledgeable and efficient. Bottom line we are pleased .
