I like their prompt attention to service requests, the quality of the service companies they have sent, the ease of submitting requests, the way they keep me up to date on service requests, and the ease of completing requests. I like the low hassle nature of the whole process.

It was easy to request service need via website, vendor arrived same day to make diagnosis and American Home Shield approved repairs the same day. The vendor came back early the next morning to make repairs. Everything was complete in less than 24 hours.
