Your support vendor was very responsive reaching out and schedule, within an hour, scheduling the service for the next day and arrival of the electrician. The electrician was very quick and thorough and solved my problem quickly and professionally.

Bast HVAC was great. Jim, the technician explained the problem and fixed it. I also found the furnace has a small crack in the heat exchanger. He gave me a quote with a good price. He also explained home warranty will only replace the furnace with the cheapest one of the same size.
