Service company was great. I was a little surprised by the fact that the warranty company did not pay for the refrigerant to charge my air-conditioning unit. Cost me $360 to recharge my air conditioner. Plus the hundred dollars I paid totaling a charge of $460 which really surprises me. I needed to pay this much money.

AHS did a great job.Set me up with United Air Temp the. day I called. UAT was fantastic!!!!! They tried to fix the problem & I ended up getting a new AC unit. The guys from there were so nice, informative, courteous, & knowledgeable. i definitely would give UAT 5 stars also. They did not leave a mess. They cleaned up afterwards. They were a great group of guys. The Manager Mason Hennessy was on top of things immediately & got my unit in Friday. i would highly recommend UAT & AHS. Great job!!!!!!!
Jerald of AST worked thoroughly and diligently until freezer/refrigerator were completely thawed and clean, and in good cooling conditions again.

Professional and timely evaluation
I had 2 work orders at the same time. It was easy to put in my problems online and an repair company was immediately assigned for each of them. The techs that came out were very professional and took care of our problems.
