I've used multiple home protection plans. I use American Home Shield for their Electronics Protection Plan. Our phones are NOT covered, but I wanted the Home theater, gaming system, computers and TV's covered. And we are! Great company. Fast response too.

I have had both good and poor experiences with American Home Shield. Our latest warranty experience dealing with our refrigerator was totally positive. Conversely, our prior experience dealing with our oven took a very long period of time to get it working again.

My first time using AHS. Service was over all pretty good. I'm having to use someone other than who you sent out to look at my HVAC because their price was a bit high.
