Each time I've called, they were very polite and understood my needs and helped to resolve them quickly.
A contractor was scheduled immediately after submitting my claim. The problem was addressed and American Home Shield paid 100 percent of the cost to get it fixed. In less than a week, we were going about our lives like normal thanks to AHS.

Our last experience (microwave repair) was outstanding. Previous experiences were not as good.
Still waiting to get parts which might fix my pool heater. The jury is still out as to whether or not the substitute parts will get it working again. It could very well turn out that the heater needs a complete replacement. The overall delay in getting it fixed or replaced is disappointing.
