Service scheduled is reliable and satisfactory
spoke to two reps - the first one immediately demanded the fee w/o an understanding of what I needed. I hung up, began again with a second person, and she did an excellent job.
We had an issue with our heat and it took 6 weeks to resolve. When we calked, we always heard that the company was waiting on the system. They could never tell us where the unit was.
Always show up on time and they fixed the issue.
