We've made 3 claims - 2 for the AC, 1 for our dryer. All were handled promptly, heard from service companies within a few hours, and fixed very quickly. So far so good!
Too often the technicians sent are not qualified to make the repairs necessary.
Everyone I spoke with was courteous and informative Even patient when they had to explain all the tech things I did not understand.
Last year there was issue where I was charged twice. I called in and spoke with a Rep and she said her Manger would call me back to return my funds. That call was never made so it was left on the account.
They were very helpful with communicating they service providers were excellent

We are please with service, but often it is too long a wait for repairs
Results are spotty. I had an excellent visit, then I had a bad one that I had to call back and the followup was too long. today is 8/25 and the follow was for 9/1. If it was done right the first time, I wouldn't be bothered with another visit and such a long wait for repair.
