The online service request needs some updating. You should be able to put more than one service request in at a time. For example, I have 2 HVAC units and when they both go at the same time there is no option to specify that technician needs to look at both.

Usually when they assign a contractor, it is one with very poor reviews. I need to call and ask to find a different contractor

I was impressed with American home shield. They assigned an appliance repairman to look at my dishwasher within a day. I had my parts in two days and then twith American home shield. They assigned a appliance repairman to look at my dishwasher within a day. I had my parts in two days and then they declare that I need a new dishwasher in three days and then the new dishwasher was installed the next week. So happy with them.
