I had a laundry issues, they sent someone and they fixed it very fast
A little upset that it doesn’t cover all appliances. When I called about it—I was told I was too late to add on the service. I would have hoped they would have been more blunt about not covering everything early on and sent emails about it but understand it’s a business and about the money. In the future I will stick with Choice Home—-had them in Indy with no issues and everything was covered.
Their service better then I thought. Need better people on phones, a real person.
I was extremely pleased with the convenience of submitting a service request online. I was also happy with the quick response with a call the next day which happened to be a Sunday. Then I was schedule for the next day. It was overall a quick, painless and effective repair. I know I would have necessarily gotten such a quick response or had such a reasonable fee without the home warranty. This experience made me feel like I got my moneys worth!
Quick service and person was very polite and respectful.
AHS was great and helpful, United Air Temp of VA was amazing, they took time to explain and help make decisions. Their tech Tyler was incredibly kind and friendly. While I got bad news for my plumbing, he was still empathetic and honest.
My lack of service was not addressed. That's why
They were able to solve my problems quickly.
While it took two visits to fix my washer (they had to order parts) it is now so much quieter!
