AHS sent out two different repair companies to get my AC replaced. Both were professional and helpful. Problem was solved.

Responsive and Professional, the contractor was able to get me in within 36 hours of the request, and came back out for follow-up and further diagnosis. They communicated with me on the plan and way forward. Once it went to claims I recieved clear instructions from the contractor on pictures that needed to be taken. Once approved I received an email with options for reimbursement/replacement for my whirlpool fridge.
