Still waiting to get parts which might fix my pool heater. The jury is still out as to whether or not the substitute parts will get it working again. It could very well turn out that the heater needs a complete replacement. The overall delay in getting it fixed or replaced is disappointing.

We have had a water heater replaced, dishwasher fixed, washing machine fixed, dryer belt replaced, heating element, AC repairs

They came and fixed my A C they replaced one part and flushed it out. But now it's doing like before running and not air coming out half the time. I gave them a 5 star after they were here.

Had an awful time with hvac system last year at one house, waited over 3 months to get AC in the summer, no apologies only excuses. I've had a couple good experiences. Also, I have a second policy on a second home and they just patch the hvac instead of replacing.
