The technician Christian was both professional and knowledgeable. He scheduled a 2nd appt to return with parts to fix my heater...and he did. He knew exactly what to do.

I had a leak coming from my water heater so I called American Home Shield to assist me with a reputable plumber. Within 5 minutes I had a plumber and within 45 minutes I received a phone call from the plumbing company that was contacted. The plumber was at my door quickly. Once he diagnosed the problem and informed me what the problem was, he fixed it. All I had to pay was $100 service fee.
