It started on 5/29/19. Our Refrigerator stopped working. My wife and I went to look at new refrigerators at Lowes when all of a sudden I remembered that we have been with AHS for over 25 years now and why didn't I just call them. What a great idea!!! so we go back home and the very next day I got on their website and filled out the necessary questions to get service. Maria finally reached out to us saying.. your check was ISSUED 8/8 and will take at least 7days. After 3mos they finally decided to issue a check. BUT Its not the amount that the customer service Rep promised , we’re getting $334.25 instead. SO what’s the point of paying more than $52/mo (624$/yr) if they will not cover anything? Might as well save your money right? LESS STRESS... its like you’re just giving them. FREE money. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE .!

On 6/25/19 I called ahs about problems with my heat pump/ac. On 06/27 service tech arrived and diagnosed problem being I needed a new compressor. By /07/02 ahs had still not requested part. They finally sent request for a compressor and part arrived on 07/11. It was the wrong compressor so a new part was ordered. It is now 07/18 and was notified by service provider, part they were told was here yesterday is not. I've been without a/c since 06/23/19. Ahs had my service request marked as complete. I found similarities between my case and some other reviews. This company tries to blame their subcontractors for their failures. They told me repeatedly for over a week that their sub had not yet reported to them. I believe now they just try to evade their contractual obligation and not perform the repair or replace as they must do. I reported a faulty AC on 6/5/19. Still waiting for AHS to call me regarding providing appropriate service for our Kenmore Elite dryer. Quality Appliance repair person explained that he could not repair a Kenmore dryer and it would need to be serviced by a Sears services. Still not repaired. Not good warranty service.

They are the worst company to deal with. They collect money from you but don't pay back when you have problems. They lie and don't let you cancel account. They will send you to collection and claim that you never cancelled account.

The disposal was leaking. They sent a tech and after a brief look and he claimed it is an installation issue because of his diagnosis AHS denied our claim. Then, he gave us an outrageous estimate to replace.

Hours after Nick came out my unit blew up. Nick then came back out and said that fire was caused by a power surge. I reached out to Georgia power as well as my neighbors and. I one had a power surge. Georgia power has no record of a power surge on the day of the incident. It is July 22nd and I have been without air for weeks
