Follow through and communication with the customer is not great in general. Very difficult to get point across no matter how many times I explain, and even when the issue is noted in the notes. For the current open service request for the lower household well (had no water in the house for a week), I am hoping after the contractor is here and takes pictures of the two wells and he submits the final invoice, payment will be made to the contractor less any items that are not covered. I have always been happy with AHS until my dishwasher broke. I am going on 3 months without having a working dishwasher. The dishwasher is 18 years old and I don't think it can be fixed.

Attention is good. but the contractors they have for the services do not meet the standards.
Quick to respond and doesn't charge unecessary fees. We paid for the initial call but the issue we had kept recurring and we didn't get charged for further repair.
