AMERICAN Home Shield has wonderful customer service. They are very responsive & schedule repairs right away with someone at my house usually within 24 hours of my call.

The response was understanding and immediate. My only fault noted was that the part needing replacement was not a brand for brand exchange. I had to pay the difference for a brand exchange so my system would function as it did before the part failure.

I have a love-hate relationship with American Home Shield (or more accurately, HSA Home Warranty, which I think AHS acquired--it's a little awkward to have separate services designated AHS and HSA, but for what it's worth, we are HSA customers).
