The technician was very professional and helpful.
Microwave could not be repaired. Was offered a replacement but replaced was black. The old microwave was stainless steel as were the other appliances. Had to upgrade to get stainless steel to match the other appliances. Had to pay an additional amount.

I just received a replacement refrigerator after five years of continuous repair. I’m grateful I got the new refrigerator, but they do not replace things after two attempts at repairing like they state that they do. You have to continuously stay on them if you want results.
