I had two good experiences with rekeying my new condo and dryer vent cleaning, but had a bad experience with trying to get my electric washer and dryer installed. The company they assigned didn't call me. When I called them, they said they didn't do that work. When I called AHS, it took me twenty minutes to get someone to reassign this and then they said I would have to be available from 8am-5pm for the service. My dryer needed a repair and the first technician didn't work on GE appliances . Needed to reschedule and wait for another appt with a GE tech
Sometimes the people they decide to contract with are of poor quality. Sometimes the people who answer the phone are very difficult to understand.

The last repair that we needed done was a plumbing problem. American Home Shield sent a terrible plumbing company who jerked us around for 8 weeks. Then they finally sent another plumbing company and they were wonderful! They got the part we needed in less than 1 week.

Some of the appliance repair people seem uninterested and less then able to repairs. Some of them were not culturally sensitive
