Every time I have an issue With any appliance at home, They always help me and the outcome as always is a positive one.
American Home Shield has always been there when we needed them. They have always been very courteous ,fast and efficient. Their service has become even faster. By the time I finished my claim and hung up the phone, the company assigned was calling to set up an appointment.
Replaced items that failed, pool pump,refrigerator
Replaced my washer with a new one even though I paid some out of pocket money.
The problems always get fixed and the vendors have all been courteous and professional, but sometimes it takes several days for help to arrive. Or in the case of winter HVAC check-ups, WEEKS.
My service request have been addressed/resolved in a timely manner.
Dependability, always work with you til the job gets done.
