I gave AS stars because of the ease of using their website to schedule service and the follow-up emails and texts to inform the customer of the process and next steps of the service request.
They usually respond quickly and get a company to you as soon as possible.
I think the company has become a lot better over the last year but a little more responsiveness by the techs would be helpful.
Easy, efficient, and effective from start to completion
When I need something repaired, AHS only send me one referral. Sometimes, those referrals were not the best. Therefore I am stuck with whoever AHS sends me. I think this is unfortunate for me and I pay every month for AHS services which they controls.
Once an ID (job #) was issued the repair process was very quick and concise
I am happy that the problem was solved in timely manner.
I really like the technician sent to my home. He has serviced other items in my home. The return time was quick from when I requested service
Amazing plan to have if you are a homeowner! Within the past few months, I have had to replace my water heater and furnace (separate claims), and AHS has made it very easy to schedule a tech to come out quickly. The price to get both replaced brand new is far under retail! Highly recommend AHS to all friends and family!
