AHS has a difficult time providing service in rural areas like mine. And when they fail to find a provider the option is for me to find a provider and go through he process of getting them to make an estimate and then see if AHS approves of them doing the work. It can take weeks or longer. Small repairs have been handled very well but we have been without heat or AC for 6 months because AHS canon find an appropriate service and we can't afford $5000 to from the repair that AHS may or may not choose to reimburse.

Will not find a contractor to fix sump pump and told me I have to find a contractor, pay for the work and if AHS approves the work, they'll reimburse me.
