Too many exclusions regarding repair/replace.

I have had them for two years now and I have only had to used them once so far. They were polite and the repair company contacted me as promised and they came answered all my questions and solved my issue. For a lot less than having to pay out of pocket

It seems to be a real struggle to find contractors to get work done in my area. Can take up to 2 weeks just to assign a contractor

For the most part I would love to give AHS 5 stars. Given the fact that there is a communication disparity between customer service and the English language, it has cost me MANY hours on the phone. Coverage is AMAZING!
