It was all good! The technician who serviced our A/C, Ray, was very friendly, processed our information of the problem, went straight to the problem, photographed the suspected problem, informed us and then performed the service. He explained what he did and what to look for. We were very happy to have a cooled down house again.
AHS came through this time. They had a technician here the next day. That company has been been assigned to fix my plumbing problems as early as 2010.
