The first issue I had was rejected and was a bad experience the the repair company. The second issue went very well and the repair company was professional and did a great job.

We love the idea of this service. We have had mixed results thus far so consider that "average." It is expensive for our budget. It is difficult to talk to anyone in person until you get the sub-contractor. The website is key and a learning curve for me to figure out.
