I have not received any type of correspondence from AHS concerning payment for the buyout of my washing machine.

AHS responded quickly to my service request. When it was determined by the appliance technician that my refrigerator could not be repaired they responded quickly with a replacement authorization.

I have had a number of claims and they have handled them to completion. Most of the time the people they send are OK. Have had a couple that did not work out.

I contact American Home Shield, they call out a vendor, vendor contacts me, we set an appointment, they come out and fix the issue. Pretty simple.
