I have been an American Home Shield customer for over 10 years. I have placed claims/ service calls for my HVAC, Hot Water Heater, Fridge, Dishwasher & Washing Machine. All items were serviced properly and returned to working condition. Sometimes I have had to wait two-three days for service, but that comes with the territory.

When I called for a repairman to come look at the problems, we were having with the ice maker. We had a repairman to our house with 3 days.
