First time we tried to use them for A/C tune-up the contractor never showed/called/returned calls to myself or the company and their solution was to keep trying to contact this person after almost 2 months of zero contact from him instead of suggesting or referring a different contractor and I had to go through hoops to initiate a refund ..2nd time I used the service was relatively flawless and pleasant experience
They sometimes will choose contractors as far as 4 hours away when local contractors could've been used.
This time American Home Shield set a real pro we're going for a professional outfit. That has not been the case in the past.
They are very quick and easy. Vendors are knowledgeable about the problems. Very professional.
A/C repaired on a timely basis and knowledgeable serviceman.
The technician checked the AC system, checked gas and stuff, changed the filter and explained everything. It is all good.
