It's less work on my part and less stress that I have to endure, to find good service, in a matter of minutes. The service is always helpful and pleasant
Your website was very confusing for what we needed help with- outside faucet attached to the house so I had to call to speak to your customer service person. It was obvious they were reading from a script - could not speak English well and wasting my time - I just wanted her to answer my questions.
Problem resolved, but it took 2 attempts to repair each toilet
I have been pleased with service after my first initial time. it was an ac problem and the wait was over over 2-3 weeks. since then my appointment times have been quick and resolved quickly.
I just bought AHS about two months ago and with in that time I had to major problems in the condo I just bought.it didn't bother them as soon as I put in my claim they sent someone out and fix the problem. This is exactly every home owner needs
They are absolutely great with everything ....except garage door openers. Had only one vendor who came out repeatedly at the cost of $100 each service call.

Offset by … Very challenging to get to person at AHS that speaks English as first language and can solve problems, e.g., contractor that performed AHS preventative maintenance for ac systems was not initially allowed to perform service that he identified needed attention; AHS agent said they needed to assign to a different contractor.
