American Home Shield is one of the best. It would be too expensive without them. They always pay attention to whatever I call them to. I would recommend them because whenever I contact them, they choose a company to do the service. And that company calls back in an hour, I get a phone call and they tell me when they can get out, which is great. They tell me when and they always tell me, "We'll call you when we're on our way." All in all, the people who came out are very good at what they do.

I have carried home warranty service for more than 20 years and have a hit-or-miss experience with American Home Shield. Fir smaller items, I get prompt, affordable service - dishwasher, microwave, faucet, etc. However, they also put me through he;; and back trying to recover money after they authorized me to pre-pay for an air conditioner repair (none of their vendors could work on the unit) in the heat of summer.
