As with everything there are pros and cons. Pro is the job always gets done. The cons are they use a different company to complete the same job vs having the same company go back out. To me this is their way of not creating a paper trail so they don’t have to replace major appliances. I’ve been dealing with an HVAC system for about 6 years and the amount of money I’ve pour into service fees and repairs I could have already purchased a new system.

I wished I would have renewed AHS when I first purchased my home. But I had to listen to my realtor. Glad I took it upon my own to call to add them back on. Best Homeowner insurance ever! Great staff and wonderful companies they have to repair any issues that we deal with! I will give 10 stars besides 5!!!
