Y’all did good fast about handling my furnace and sending a good company out
I was unsure about taking AHS cover last year. As a remote vacation home owner based in the UK, I wasn't sure if it would "work for me". Fast forward to April 23 and our pool pump failed, I was able to book a service and then speak to somebody locally in Florida to authorise them to work with my property manager. By the following morning, my pump was fixed and humming nicely, no stress, no fuss. Our contact at AHS and at the appointed service firm were both excellent.
The service technician resolved the problem quickly. Prompt professional service.
