I’ve used American Home Shield for well over 12 years. In general they do what they say. Unfortunately they always say they prefer to fix rather than replace. I understand that approach to keep their bottom line thriving but it also puts the burden on their clients (me) and their vendors to prove that it is better to replace something. I have always had a positive experience with American Home Shield. They have always handled my repair requests expeditiously and gotten the repair done in a resonable amount of time.
The plumber who has come out 2 times now- professional, friendly and fixed both problems.
They have always been there when I had a problem. Vendors that work with them seem to be professional and friendly.

Company sent a professional. He checked to make sure what was wrong with the washer, got the part needed and was done in 30 minutes. A great service!!
