Very pleased as the several times I have had to use AHS, the contacts they have sent us for repairs have been awesome. They and repair people have wonderful customer service which is such a nice change. AHS keeps me on top of anything that is happening, when someone should call, and has the repair been finished to our satisfaction. Can't get any better.

I received a quick response from American Home Shield when I needed an electriction to come out because I was smelling smoke from a wall socket at 04:30, I went online and requested service, I received an immediate response for an electriction to respond, an electriction arrived at approx. 09:00 and resolved the problem.
