My appliance stopped working, and I agreed to a video appointment. I did not agree with the decision not to honor my claim as it was impossible for me to have done what the technician stated caused the brake down. I was asked if I would like to get a second opinion, which I did. The second technician determined the problem and my appliance was able to be replaced. Once the decision was made to replace my appliance, the processed moved very quickly. Thank you AHS.
