Most of the times my experience has been good. At times its hard to understand the person receiving my calls and minor issues with the service.

I have been a customer for several years. I have used AHS services a number of times and the contractors they use are professional, prompt and courteous. I have always been pleased with the service provided.
the original contractor did not repair correctly so I requested a refund of my fee which was done and scheduled another repair, done by Sears which found the part needed to be replaced.
Every time I contact them for an issue I have coverage for they get right on it and get a reputable vendor to repair or replace whatever needs to be done.
