I received a quick response from American Home Shield when I needed an electriction to come out because I was smelling smoke from a wall socket at 04:30, I went online and requested service, I received an immediate response for an electriction to respond, an electriction arrived at approx. 09:00 and resolved the problem.

Your website was very confusing for what we needed help with- outside faucet attached to the house so I had to call to speak to your customer service person. It was obvious they were reading from a script - could not speak English well and wasting my time - I just wanted her to answer my questions.
