As was advertised, our washer broke down, a technician was dispatched and determined that parts were no longer available. We decided to buy a new washer immediately and notified AHS of our intention. We were sent a check for the agreed amount. Very satisfied with the product they sell and the polite and personable attitude. One loss has almost paid for the year subscription cost. Very satisfied.
