I like the ease of filing the claims. I don’t like to pay a monthly amount AND a service fee every time, especially if I don’t use for several months out of the year. Essentially I’m just prepaying for the repair. But there is value in the small service fee, as all of my repairs and replacement parts have been covered (which I may have had to come out of pocket more without a warranty).

at first I was skeptical but I was very impressed about the prompt service. when I scheduled for repairs I was set up with the reverse service within the hour. both times has been professionally prepare services. fix my problems when it came to my heat pumps and AC units. I own two on my house. had problems with both of them.
