American shield customer service representatives were very friendly, courteous and professional and also the technicians response time was very promptly.

Put in a request for service on Thanksgiving Day received email assigning a com on Friday morning and called at 9:15am on Friday and the company had our issue resolved before 5pm.
I give the rating of "mostly good" because scheduling service calls has been just that - mostly good. Most service appontments have been timely, but several have been lengthy, beyond what I consider reasonable.
Since I started with AHS it’s been a great experience. Whenever I have had an issue with something in my house their team had it serviced very quickly.
