Service was great, technician was great, however, service company was a complete ripoff for what they charged for the parts to "bring the installation to code" $605 for parts that totaled $80 at retail from Home Depot. But they had me by the balls...

Everything was good. The unit was fixed. The only issue I had was that the appointment was originally scheduled for Monday but they didn’t come until Tuesday morning. My wife stayed waiting but when I called they said they would be there Tuesday and they did come then.
Service was timely ; service agents were courteous and knowledgeable and after inspection diagnosed our problem; parts are being ordered and the service agent was able to provide a temporary solution until new parts arrive.
