Was very disapointed and was going to terminate my association with AHS when the rep from the Phillipines sent to to a clerk who I could understand and she fixed everythingo
Highly depends on the contractor. The dude they sent for my dishwasher sucked; 0 stars. The guys they sent for the garbage disposal were phenomenal; 5 stars. The monthly price is too high.

I love American home shield but they should hire companies that work on Saturday because my ac failed one Thursday night and I have to wait until the next Monday to get my ac fixed but anyway American home shield is great so I am happy
