Excellent service. Worth the money and fast solutions to any problem. As a first time homeowner, American Home shield gave me the piece of mine that my investment is protected. They use very professional people to fix any issue that your property may have.

Took over a week to respond. Granted, it was the week between Christmas and New Year, but a message on the voicemail saying they would be closed would have been helpful. Other than that, they came and diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it within a 1/2 hour.
