The first time I requested help with my furnace it took over 24 hours. I called and received help that night. The second time I requested help for the same problem I got help within a couple hours.
My plumbing issues were handled very well and the techs were great.
It's worth it. I glad I had them fix my drains and other issues like garbage disposal or sump pump
