There was one dispute we had between the company and myself but it was settled with good feelings for both parties. I have been with AHS now for 27 years since I purchased my home and overall the service has been great.

In general easy to request service the issue are the contractors AHS gets sometime are not good. Difficult to contact after something goes wrong with the subcontractor. They stated that the job was done and it wasn't. Tried letting AHS know 2 calls over 20 min. One person good the other not. Still 2 days since called cooktop still not repaired

Lke: Prompt response to requests for service for items covered under home warranty insurance. Don't Like: When parts are needed to complete a repair, the time required for AHS to procure and send the parts is excessive.
