AHS is service delivery is very prompt. However when I call in sometimes I connect with agents who give misinformation when it comes to policy around device recalls.

It has been a mix of experiences with AHS. These experiences include having to follow up multiple times regarding incorrect billing, having to follow up to get a contractor to come back out after they did not complete a job, and still never having my A/C unit replaced.

Still waiting on a comparable replacement dishwasher - The recommended dishwasher is available at Lowes (cost replacement recommendation) - but not through your GE program - so I's more than a month waiting

Response from AHC was quick, however in the past I was directed to 2 contractors that were seriously deficient with service.
