In the past it has taken as much as 6 weeks to get service.This time, however it took only a day.So it was a bad experience the first time, but good this time.

The work I have requested has been completed with out issue. Although for our AC it took 3 request to finally fix the problem. But that not American Home Shield.

The repair approval process took a few weeks. It's really great that they allow you to pick out replacement appliances from Lowes.
