The technician they sent out located the problem with our air conditioning system leaking condensation water onto our floor and had everything with him to solve the problem. Since we upgraded to the platinum plan, everything was covered.

Services were performed satisfactorily. Unfortunately my issues always seem to happen on weekends, and service isn't always available.

Doesn’t always cover things that quit working. For example, when we bought our house the garbage disposal worked. Shortly after, it quit working and American Homeshield said they wouldn’t replace it because it was old and rusty. I looked at it and it was not rusted. I don’t know how old our disposal is, but it should have been covered.

Good service to have after purchasing a home. Filed to claims for service and AHS was extremely helpful and saved us several hundred dollars.
