East to schedule needed repairs online. Have been quite satisfied with the contractors that have been dispatched.
Prompt responses to my requests and they quickly resolved issues with my non-functioning appliances.
My older oversized built-in Kitchenaid refrigerator broke. They had a little difficulty finding a contractor who worked on them but AHS kept at it until my fridge was fixed. I do wish their customer service people spoke better English. I had a hard time understanding some of them.
American Home Shield is the best warranty company ever. I have been with them for almost 8 years and they have been awesome. They do what they say they are going to do. They are very professional.
We had two problems at the same time and AHS handled them very professionally.
