I have had outstanding service from American home shield for years. All of the contractors I've worked with have been great and if I ever have a problem I can always reach somebody live to help me. It's been a lifesaver on my primary residence and also a rental property. It helps manage costs and get repairs done in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend them.

My older oversized built-in Kitchenaid refrigerator broke. They had a little difficulty finding a contractor who worked on them but AHS kept at it until my fridge was fixed. I do wish their customer service people spoke better English. I had a hard time understanding some of them.
