I found out the hard way that you guys do not cover emergency calls on holiday weekends and expect folks to wait until the following week to get service.
Kept appt on time...repaired dryer, but broke down again, and ordered parts then came out again in a reasonable time and repair was successful...repairman was knowledgeable and friendly

I was disappointed the second upstairs fan wasn’t replaced. Yes it works……kind of. It wobbles a lot when it’s turned on. So annoying.
