I FEEL LIKE WHEN I CALLED THEM TO REPORT MY ISSUE, THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION AND ROUTED IT TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSONNEL AND SCHEDULED MY SERVICE REQUEST.
If appliance needs to be replaced, it is difficult to get in touch with the department to begin process. It can also take 4 to 6 weeks to get appliance. The replacement amount given is on the low end for the appliances I have replaced but it is better than nothoing.
The HVAC technician was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my A/C issues. I feared it would be an expensive problem but he was able to troubleshoot down to a clogged drain.
Very easy to request service. Auto pay and payments mess up from time to time.
