There have been hits and misses. Sometimes they can help us and save more by either replacing or doing a little more then the bare minimum of what's needed to make the machine functional. But it's not working at full capacity, like putting a bandage instead of treating the disease. They would rather wait until it breaks down completely and then figure out if they really need to pay to replace!
Good coverage for an affordable price. We have made 4 claims so far and all were approved and issues resolved.
