Great service. I make a claim related to my furnace. The representative was courteous. I scheduled an appointment and the contractor kept me informed of when the technician was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and used proper PPE during the service.
Best in assigning contractor to service request! Within minutes I know who has been assigned to my job. & Requesting service is so easy & quick.
Problem resolution, good customer service. But some contractors not reliable, we have had alot of recalls.
Our garbage disposal was leaking water. We put in a claim with AHS that night, Tuesday. Wednesday we were contacted by ************. Thursday they came out and replaced the disposal. Great service!
