Absolutely professional and customer focus service. I thought I would need a completely new HVAC System and American home shield was able to not only provide a repair and avoid a complete replacement but the cost was approximately less than 1/3 of what I've. Been the estimated same repair by my current HVAC maintenance team!

The technicians were friendly and professional. Two of the four times I have had services through AHS, I have had unexpected charges and ended up paying for things that were not covered by AHS.
