AHS has been either really good or real bad. Service request for dishwasher was completed in 3 days with no issues. However my HVAC went out and AHS sent a service tech to look at it and mistakenly called it a pre-existing condition. This confusion was easily overcome by an HVAC technician receipt I had who serviced the unit post inspection and prior to me closing on the house.
