Easy to setup everything and also quick delivery of new appliances. The delivery company was lacking in communication, but that was no fault of American home shield.

This is the first time I filed a claim. The process was simple and easy, I was surprised! Tech came out diagnoised the issue with our hvac. It took a couple of more days to get approval for the repair and a week to wait on parts.

I had to reach out to AHS & contractor as to a update as to where they are at on my work order. No updates, no communication to customer. I had to make calls. Not very good on communication
