Because majority of the time you speak to someone they outsourced from another country and it's hard for representatives to understand the exact nature of your problems. Far the most part, it's been good experience overall with the rest of the service

Repair process is slow, prices keep going up with less service, considering canceling
Stand behind their warranty promises. Always quick to assign work request to a cotranctor for item to be promptly evaluated and properly worked on.

I requested & called AHS just to make sure I was doing the right way so to overpay & I was put at ease after talking to them

It appears my on line account was hacked so now I have to call in which is fine but the number on my letterhead says choose 1 and it never goes to schedule a service. I found a different number that worked.
